Product Advantages
laminated veneer lumber（LVL） can replace pine sawn lumber, is a better material for load-bearing packaging.
1. Good mildew resistance: Even if be exported to Tropical rainy countries (e.g. Malaysia etc.), the LVL is not easy to become mildewed. That is because of the adequate air drying time and special anti-mildew treatment of LVL.
2. High strength: The same wood fiber direction laminated structure makes LVL has a higher longitudinal strength. Our factory set strictly the glue spread and the pressure coefficient of the hot press, so as to guarantee the adhesion and strength of LVL, to make LVL better in load-bearing performance.
3. Customized sizes: Maximum size can reach thickness 100mm, width 1220mm, length 6000mm.
4. Waterproof customization: Packing grade LVL with WBP glued can be customized to meet the customer’s requirements of waterproof.
